A small team in Munich. One service. No side quests.
ordepoint is an online top-up service built around a single task: taking Ortel Mobile prepaid top-up requests from customers in Germany and applying them with the operator on the sender's behalf. The site does not sell phones, does not sell SIM cards, does not run a marketplace, and does not resell tariffs. What it does, it tries to do carefully.
The office is at St.-Paul-Straße 7 in München-Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, a short walk from Theresienwiese. Requests come in through the form on recharge.html, get eyeballed by a team member during working hours, and either get confirmed the same day or bounced back with a note if something looks off.
There is a phone number on the footer, an e-mail address, and a WhatsApp channel — all of them read by the same small crew. No call centre, no chatbots, no drip campaigns.
Five rules the ordepoint team lives by
Written down so we can point at them when a request goes sideways.
One flow, no upsells
Every request follows the same short path. No hidden tiers, no “premium” top-ups, no bundled offers.
Never card details on the site
The site collects a prepaid number, a value and a channel. Payment channels are agreed in the reply — never on this page.
Reply before we take money
If the details need clarifying, we write back before anything moves. Silence is not agreement.
Munich hours, honest ones
Requests arriving on the weekend queue and move on Monday morning. We do not pretend to be a 24/7 operation.
Small enough to remember you
The team is small on purpose — the person confirming your request is usually the same one you write to next time.

“The point of ordepoint is that the top-up should be the boring part of your day, not the interesting one.” — internal note, pinned above the workstation
