Terms of use for ordepoint.org

Plain-English rules for using ordepoint, the Munich online service for Ortel Mobile prepaid top-ups. By opening the site and sending a request, you accept the terms below.

1. Who runs this site

ordepoint is operated from St.-Paul-Straße 7, 80336 München, Germany, and can be reached at help@ordepoint.org. Company details are on the about page.

2. What we offer

An online service for prepaid top-ups on the Ortel Mobile network in Germany. We take a request, agree the payment channel in a reply, and apply the top-up with the operator. We are not the operator, do not sell SIM cards, and cannot change tariffs.

3. Who can use the site

Any adult with an Ortel Mobile prepaid number in Germany. If you top up on behalf of someone else, we assume you have their permission to share their prepaid number.

4. Fees and pricing

The value you send is the value applied to the prepaid balance — no fee added on top by ordepoint. Custom amounts are limited to €5 through €100 per request; preset chips are €15, €25, €35 and €50. Payment-side charges (bank fees, wallet fees) sit with the payment provider you choose in the reply.

5. Cancellation, refunds, complaints

Prepaid top-ups are a digital service under German law: once delivered, the fourteen-day cancellation right no longer applies. The refund page spells out when and how a refund is possible.

6. Your obligations

  • Only submit prepaid numbers you have the right to top up.
  • Do not use the site for fraud, money laundering, or resale of top-ups.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or overload the site.
  • Keep your contact e-mail up to date so replies actually land.

7. Our obligations

  • Reply to every request within 24 hours during Monday to Friday.
  • Only push a top-up after the value and channel have been confirmed.
  • Keep your data on servers hosted in the European Union.
  • Refund payments that cannot be delivered.

8. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by German law, ordepoint’s liability is limited to the value of the top-up that could not be delivered. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed calls, lost data, roaming charges) that follow from a delayed or failed top-up. Nothing on this page limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes to the terms

If the terms change materially, the update is noted on this page and, when we have your e-mail, notified in a short message. Continued use of the site after the update means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes go before the courts responsible for München, Germany. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
