Everything asked about the Ortel Mobile top-up service
Straight answers to the ten questions the ordepoint team in Munich gets most often. If you land here without finding what you need, the contact page has a form and a WhatsApp channel.
Frequently asked questions
How do I top up Ortel Mobile through this site?
Open the recharge form, enter the Ortel Mobile prepaid number in the German format, pick a value between €5 and €100, tick the consent box and send. A team member replies within 24 hours to confirm and agree the payment channel.
How long does an Ortel recharge online usually take?
Requests received during Monday to Friday office hours in Munich are usually confirmed the same working day. Requests arriving late in the evening or on the weekend queue and move on Monday morning.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment channel is agreed in the reply, not on the website. Common options are SEPA bank transfer, established e-wallets, and pay-by-link that opens the operator’s own payment page. Card details are never entered on ordepoint.org.
Are there fees or hidden limits?
There is no fee added on top of the top-up value shown in the confirmation e-mail. Custom amounts are limited to €5 through €100 per request. Preset chips are €15, €25, €35 and €50.
What happens if the money leaves my account but the prepaid balance stays flat?
Reply to the confirmation e-mail with the payment date and time. The team checks it against the operator’s log and either pushes the top-up through or arranges a refund via the same channel used for the payment.
Is it safe to send my prepaid number on this website?
Yes. The form uses HTTPS end-to-end, and card details are never asked on this page. The prepaid number is only used to look up the account and is not shared with third parties. Read the security page for the full picture.
Can I get a refund?
If a top-up cannot be delivered — for example, because the prepaid number is no longer active — the paid amount is refunded through the same channel used to send it, minus any bank-side fees. Full details are on the refund page.
How do I get in touch with the team?
By e-mail at help@ordepoint.org, by phone on +49 1573 4826901 during office hours, or by WhatsApp on the same number. The team is in Munich; replies come from the same small crew.
Do I need to register or download anything?
No. There is no account, no app, no browser plugin. A prepaid number and a value are enough. Optional e-mail speeds up the reply and carries the written receipt when the top-up is done.
Which prepaid numbers do you support?
ordepoint only handles German prepaid numbers on the Ortel Mobile network — that is, +49 followed by ten or eleven digits printed on the SIM pack. Numbers on other networks or outside Germany cannot be processed here.
