How a top up Ortel Mobile request actually moves through ordepoint
Four steps. No account, no card details entered on the site, no automatic charging. This page walks through the flow so you know exactly what to expect before you open the recharge form.
Four steps
-
Open the recharge page
Head to recharge.html. The form is deliberately not on the homepage — nothing loads unless you actually plan to top up.
-
Enter the Ortel Mobile prepaid number
Type the number in the German format: +49 followed by the ten or eleven digits printed on the SIM pack. The country code is fixed on our side, so you only need the digits.
-
Pick a value
Tap one of the preset chips — €15, €25, €35 or €50 — or type a custom amount between €5 and €100. The selected chip fills solid, so you always know which value is going with the request.
-
Add an optional e-mail & send
Leave it blank to be contacted on WhatsApp on the same number, or add an e-mail for the written receipt. Tick the consent box, hit send — a thank-you appears on screen. A team member replies within 24 hours to confirm.
What ordepoint asks — and what it never asks
Short list, spelled out. If a request appears to want anything outside this list, it did not come from us.
✓ We ask
- The Ortel Mobile prepaid number (+49 XXXX XXXXXXX)
- A value between €5 and €100
- Consent to be contacted about the request
- Optionally, an e-mail for the written receipt
- Optionally, a short note (best time to reach, preferences)
✕ We never ask
- Card number, CVV or expiry — on any page
- Online banking password or TAN
- Copy of your ID or SIM registration papers
- Access to your prepaid balance history
- Payments before the details have been confirmed in the reply
